Set up 8am-3pm
As we craft an intimate, personal DIY wedding, your support with Friday morning preparations would be deeply appreciated. We are so grateful for those willing to lend a hand. To keep you energized, we'll provide lunch and drinks, though we do suggest grabbing a quick hearty breakfast before you arrive.
Rehearsal 4pm-7pm
The rehearsal starts one hour after our setup wrap-up. This run-through helps everyone feel comfortable and ready for the big day. We ask the wedding party, parents, and processional participants to join us; naturally, if you were personally invited to this part, we look forward to seeing you there. We will finish the evening with a beautiful dinner to enjoy each other's company before bed.
Reception 6:30pm-11pm
The celebration begins with a wonderful cocktail hour lasting until 10 PM. Dinner features a hearty gourmet buffet provided by one of the top local restaurants in Nelson, offering a choice of several proteins, starches, and fresh salads. Each drink has been curated to match our unique, nerdy theme. We hope this magical evening brings you joy as we share this very personal chapter of our story with you all.
Take down - Until clean
We had an amazing time celebrating, but now we need your support to restore the space to its original state. We are truly grateful for any assistance you can offer. Please ensure you enjoy a solid breakfast before arriving. We will have lunch and drinks ready for the crew. The more hands, the merrier.
